Return Policy We accept returns within the first 30 days of purchase only. Here are the steps for return: 1. Call (800-933-0232) or email ([email protected]) us to get an RMA number. Without the RMA number, we cannot accept a return and reject it. 2. Everything should be in the original box in the original condition. If anything is missing or needs to be refurbished, you will be charged for it. It’s a good idea to save the original box with its packing materials in 30 days. 3. If you get a defective product or an incorrect item, color or size, we will replace it or issue a credit at no cost. If you want to return or replace a product due to remorse or you have changed your mind then the return shipping fee plus 20% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund. 4. If you chose white glove shipping and paid for it, white glove shipping is not refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. In case you want to exchange to an equal or higher value of the products, you will be credited for the return shipping fee. 5. Please allow two weeks after we receive the product for us to issue you credit since we need to inspect whether everything is in its original condition or not. 6. Residents of Los Angeles County and Orange County: we will pick up the product if you live in Los Angeles County or Orange county. You don’t have to put it back into the original box. All the printed material and accessories should be returned in their original condition. You will not be charged for the original shipping but the return shipping charge is $5.00 in case of buyers remorse returns. 7. Returns that are mailed to us but don’t follow the above instructions will not be processed. Please contact customer service for additional questions regarding returns and refunds.
Shipping Instruction We usually take 4-5 Business days to ship the order and deliver to your address. Please provide a Valid US address for Shipping with all details including House/Apt. No, Street, City, State and Zip Code. We are not able to Ship to PO Box Addresses. Shipping Charges For US Orders: We offer FREE Shipping for all our orders within the US. All orders will be processed from our warehouse within the US and will be delivered to the Shipping address mentioned during checkout. Tracking Package Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. Non-Availability On Delivery Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including name, city, state, zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
